While our customers get to enjoy the finished plate, what they don’t always see is the love, skill, and dedication that goes into making each one. Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes to show how we craft the perfect momo, from dough to dipping sauce.


1. Choosing the Freshest Ingredients

We believe that the secret to a delicious momo starts with quality ingredients. Every morning, we source fresh vegetables, tender meats, aromatic herbs, and spices. Nothing is pre-packaged or frozen for days—freshness is our first priority.


2. Preparing the Perfect Dough

The dough might seem simple, but it’s the foundation of every momo. We knead it until it’s soft yet elastic, ensuring the right balance between chewiness and tenderness. The texture has to be just right to hold the filling without breaking.


3. Crafting Flavorful Fillings

  • For chicken momos, we mix minced chicken with onions, coriander, garlic, and traditional spices.

  • For vegetarian momos, we combine fresh seasonal vegetables with ginger and herbs for a light, refreshing bite.

  • For special momos, we experiment with creative blends—paneer, cheese, or even chocolate for dessert momos.
